Siesta Key home sells for $1.8 million

A home in Mira Mar Beach tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Hubbard and Claire Singleton, of Cobb, Ga., sold their home at 65 Beach Road to Stuart Johnson, of Dallas, for $1.8 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 1998.

Gulf and Bay Club
Robert and Deborah Radek, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 606 condominium at 5780 Midnight Pass Road to William and Josephine Weiss, of Sarasota, for $835,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,000 in 1989.

Fisherman’s Cove
Anthony and Juanita DiCenso, of Warren, Ohio, sold their Unit 208 condominium at 9000 Blind Pass Road to Jeffrey and Joann Willis, of Riverview, for $490,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1988.

Bay Tree Club
Marlene McHugh, trustee, sold the Unit 507 condominium at 8625 Midnight Pass Road to Lisa Mann and Rocco Marotta, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $294,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1986.

Siesta’s Bayside
JP Morgan Chase Bank NA sold the home at 660 Venice Lane to Dan and Mihaela Dragan, of Villa Park, Ill., for $220,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2002.

SARASOTA
Tower Residences
Ilene Mirman, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 903 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Flora Major, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area.

Phillippi Landings
PL Development-A Inc. sold the Unit 602 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Alfred and Deborah Festa, of Saddle River, N.J., for $749,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,530 square feet of living area.

Baywinds Estates
Ron Colautti, of Ontario, Canada, sold his home at 1627 Baywinds Lane to Raymond and Margaret Bliven, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,899 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1988.

Landings Treehouse
Tribeca Lending Corp. sold the Unit 75 condominium at 1543 Landings Blvd. to Shirley de Camp Hiss, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2007.

Marbella
Linda Eveland and Charles Fisher Jr., trustees, sold the home at 4002 Via Mirada to William and Ann McGurk, of Sarasota, for $221,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2001.

OSPREY
Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
William and Marjorie Broughton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 142 Dory Lane to Paul and Rosemarie Margiore, of Osprey, for $290,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,531 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2004.

Brenda Chizinski, trustee, sold the home at 115 Yacht Harbor Drive to William and Renee Miller, of Osprey, for $290,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1993.
