A condominium in Siesta Beach House tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Judith Johnson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1 condominium at 500 Beach Road to Carl Amundsen and Mary Ann Amundsen, trustees, of Sheboygan, Wis., for $1.78 million. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,254,000 in 2007.

Sarasota: $920,000

Condominium on the Bay
AI B. and Monica Streacker, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1605 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Kenneth and Pamela Jonson, of Sarasota, for $920,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2004.

Palmer Ranch: $380,000

Wellington Chase
Mark and Peggy Boyer sold their home at 4983 Oldham St. to Paul Hudson, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2008.

Osprey: $550,000

Oaks II
Tove Stimson, of St. Petersburg, sold her home at 903 Mac Ewen Drive to Julianne Vardan, of Longboat Key, for $550,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2009.

Nokomis: $395,900

Mission Valley Estates
Andrew and Virna Davidson, of Hertfordshire, England, sold their home at 670 Shetland Circle to Luis Garcia and Ivonne Ortega, of Nokomis, for $395,900. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,806 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2013.

Helene and Chester Myers, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1780 Pine Harrier Circle to Mary Johnson, of Longboat Key, for $779,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,946 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $638,000 in 2014.

South Highland
John and Julie Leyva, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1807 Worrington St. to Mykhailo and Svitlana Sorocheva, of Osprey, for $665,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,206 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2013.

Margaret Costello sold her home at 1851 Goldenrod St. to Joanne Wright and Rajeev Deshmuk, of Boston, for $440,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2011.

David Houle and Victoria Baum, trustees, of Evanston, Ill., sold the Unit 1010 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Charles Foy and Angela Scalpello, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $410,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $456,500 in 2007.

PK Citicrib LLC sold the Unit 1218 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Gloria Galante, trustee, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2014.

Travis Lane
Riad Sleit, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1620 Travis Lane to Sean McElmurray, of Sarasota, for $370,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

Central Park
Gloria Goodman, A. Rosser Goodman, Gloria Goodman, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 207 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to Grzegorz and Tatiana Twarowski, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $97,000 in 1997.

Village Green Club Estates
Kevin Murphy, of N. Port, sold his home at 3602 Pembrook Drive to Maxse CiVon, of La Canada, Calif., for $262,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2007.

Ian Myers, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1030 Contento St. to Michael Murphy, of W. Nyack, N.Y., for $870,700. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,040,000 in 2007.

Sarasota Beach
Rocco Franco, of Royal Oak, Mich., sold his home at 535 Beach Road to James and Audrey Dara, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $825,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2004.

Crescent Arms
Commonwealth Developments LLC sold the Unit 404-N condominium at 6310 Midnight Pass Road to Evan Wray, of New York City, for $632,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2014.

Stephen and Janice Karker, of Osprey, and Gerard and Helen Kelly, of Williamsville, N.Y., sold their Unit 43 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to Santiago Jacinto and Martha Fernandez, of Miami, for $625,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,000 in 1988.

Casarina
Shuelen Hsu, of Chicago, sold her Unit 403 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Michael and Beverly Young, of Larkspur, Calif., and Timothy and Lori Young, of Chicago, for $585,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2013.
