Carolyn Byers, trustee, sold her Unit A-304 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to William Bortz, of Parachute, Colo., for $562,500. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in
