Jon Morgan, of Columbia, S.C., sold his Unit 202 condominium at 8600 Midnight Pass Road to Dlorah Hayden, trustee, for $1 million. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,673 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 1999.
