Siesta Beach home sells for $3.3 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10.

A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Walter and Lorry Eible, of Sarasota, sold their home at 825 Tropical Circle to Timothy Ng, of Sarasota, for $3.3 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,904 square feet of living area.

Crescent
Kevin Wood sold his Unit E406 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Dale Budzon, of Sarasota, for $710,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2006.

Siesta Isles
Joseph and Cynthia Young, of W. Orange, N.J., sold their home at 5554 Cape Aqua Drive to Charles Pue and Kelley Hannan, of Delaware, Ohio, for $567,500. Built in 1960, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,979 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2004.

Ocean Beach
Rodney and Cherry Hawksford, of Punta Gorda, sold their home at 514 Cummings St. to Esther Borsuk, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1987.

Mira Mar Beach
Johnnie McKee, of Macomb, Ill., sold the home at 5230 Avenida Navarra to Joseph and Wendy Kesslak, of Johnstown, Pa., for $535,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,126 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,000 in 2010.

Somerset Cove
Robert and Roberta Winsler, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 11 condominium at 3914 Somerset Drive to Garry and Linda Condon, of Gibsonia, Pa., for $515,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2000.

Pointe on Midnight Pass
Steve and Kathy Newton, of Evansville, Ind., sold their Unit 701 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Peter Maravelias, of Wakefield, Mass., for $495,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,500 in 1998.

Crescent Royale
Antony Reed, of Evergreen, Colo., sold his Unit 211 condominium at 797 Beach Road to Scott and Anna Mulcahy, of Webster, N.Y., for $430,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in April.

Bay Tree Club
E. Stanton Adkins III, Kathryn Adkins and Paul Adkins sold their Unit 308 condominium at 8630 Midnight Pass Road to Tomasz Starczewski and Marla Duve, of Akron, Ohio, for $344,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1987.

Island Reef
Gregory and Joanne Delaplain, of Dublin, Ohio, sold their Unit A-105 condominium at 8764 Midnight Pass Road to Craig and Amy Smith, of Denver, for $325,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,286 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,000 in 1993.

Mariner’s Inlet
KLH Partners Ltd. sold the Unit 1B condominium at 9042 Midnight Pass Road to Nickolai Family LLC $260,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,183 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2002.
