Second suspect arrested in incest case

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office assisted Sarasota Police July 18, with the arrest of the second suspect in a case of incest involving a 14-year-old victim.

Deputies arrested Riley near the 6500 block of Gateway Avenue just after 12 a.m. Thursday, on charges of capital sexual battery and incest. Sarasota Police arrested 22-year-old Joshua Riley for the same charges July 3, for sexual acts on the same 14-year-old girl.

Both suspects are being held without bail.
