Raiders lead the way
The Sarasota Military Academy’s Raiders male and female teams took home the title of State Champions Dec. 15, at the Florida Gulf Coast All Star Raider Challenge. This is the sixth consecutive year the female team has finished in first place, while the male team has won five years out of the six. The Raiders team is an outdoor adventure leadership team consisting of 12 members.

Winter Whimsy
Students of NewGate School performed in their annual Winter Festival Dec. 20. The performance was held outside underneath Christmas lights and included holiday songs and Broadway classics. Afterward, families mingled while munching on cookies and sipping hot chocolate.
