Sarasota Condominium Owners reincorporates

Sarasota attorney Dan Lobeck, co-founder and president of Control Growth Now, has reincorporated Sarasota Condominium Owners Inc., which has been inactive since 1989.

The group will hold its first meeting beginning at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Lido Beach Resort. Candidates in the Sarasota City Commission runoff election will speak to the group.

Attendees will also hear amendments to the Condominium Act being considered by the Florida Legislature.
