Sporting Clays Tournament
Starts at 11 a.m. at Knight’s Trail Park, 3445 Rustic Road, Nokomis. The Argus Foundation hosts its first Sporting Clays Competition. WBTT Voices: Meet the Florida Highwaymen Artists
Runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe, 1646 Nate Jacobs Way. The 2016 Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe Voices program is presented in honor of Black History Month. The program will focus on the Florida Highwaymen, a group of 26 African-American artists who painted landscapes from the early 1950s through the 1980s.
