Sarasota Beach home tops week's sales at $820,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 7 and Nov. 11.

A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Hurwitz, Sarasota, and Linda Weller, of Lewisburg, Pa., sold their home at to William and Katherine Baumann, of Lake Orion, Mich., for $820,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,220 square feet of living area.

Siesta Bayside South
Regions Bank sold the Unit 6 condominium at 9211 Midnight Pass Road to Philip and Barbara Markiewicz, of Wauconda, Ill., for $547,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $899,000 in 2004.

Harmony
Kimberly and Scott Miller, of Bolingbrook, Ill., sold their home at 4940 Peaceable Way to Patrick and Theresa Dorsey, of Spring Valley, Ohio, for $531,400. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $488,500 in 2009.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Tara Food Services sold the Unit G-25 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Alberto Tapia and Bertha Pulla, of Hazlet, N.J., for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 968 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 1987.
