Sanctuary II condominium sells for $2.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14.
A condominium in Sanctuary II at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edgar and Saundra Snyder sold their Unit B-504 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Alain Bankier, of New York City, for $2.2 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2003.

Country Club Shores
Connie Parker, trustee, sold the home at 520 Putter Lane to Kent Whitney, of Longboat Key, for $920,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,921 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $812,000 in 2002.

The Players Club
Tina Wagner, of Terrace Park, Ohio, sold her Unit 401 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Saumil Shukla, of New Hyde Park, N.Y., for $545,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2005.

Casa Del Mar
The Casa Del Loos Partnership sold the Unit 3 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Coastal Property Rentals LLC for $355,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 756 square feet of living area.

Northgate of Longboat Key
Dorothy Williams, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 8 condominium at 490 N. Shore Road to Greg Ciccolo and Stephanie Sonnabend, of Brookline, Mass., for $355,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1982.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Ski Capital Management Ltd. sold the Unit 710 condominium at 710 Bayport Way to Daniel and Marianne Kupiec, of Farmington, Conn., for $290,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1997.

Lido Key
Lido Beach Club

Norma Mosca sold her Unit PH-7 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David and Carolyn Wetmore, of San Ramon, Calif., for $620,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2004.

Lido Ambassador
Yoko and Mari Takahashi, of Portland, Ore., sold their Unit 707 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Dean and Patricia Buckley, of Brighton, Mich., for $386,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,500 in 1996.

St. Armands
Sarasota Harbour East

Teresa Giordano, trustee, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the Unit 32 condominium at 769 John Ringling Blvd. to Mieko Yabuta, of Rabat, Morocco, for $287,500. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,800 in 1999.
