Three men from Cincinnati last night attempted to start fights with customers and staff at Daiquiri Deck Raw Bar before Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to make arrests, said a probable cause affidavit provided by Sheriff’s Office Community Affairs Manager Wendy Rose.

Andrew Jackson, William Teeter, and Michael Averill were asked to leave Daiquiri Deck after starting the ruckus, and intimidated staff before leaving the restaurant. The men, who range in age from 24 to 38 years old, then started trying to lure Village pedestrians into fights, according to the report.

When bystanders threatened to call 911, two of the men fled to the rear of the restaurant where they were arrested just before midnight. Deputies found the third man on the sidewalk next to Ocean Boulevard yelling at a woman.

All three men were booked for Disorderly Conduct on $220 bonds.
