Riverview opens preseason with wins

The Riverview High volleyball team beat Lemon Bay 25-14, 25-7, 25-12 in the opening game of the Riverview High Preseason Classic Aug. 18. 

Kenzie Walker had eight kills and Courtney Searles added five kills to lead the way for the Lady Rams. 

Kayla Walker finished with 23 assists and six aces. Margo Schnapf contributed five aces. 

The Lady Rams returned to action Aug. 19, beating North Port 25-15, 25-19, 25-9. 

Sarah Neill led Riverview with 12 kills. Kenzie Walker added 10 kills. Libero Sam Norden finished with nine digs and four aces.
