Riegels Landing home tops this week's sales at $505,600

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 19 and Sept. 23.

A home in Riegels Landing tops transactions in this week’s real estate. Cosimo and Concetta Tripoli, Sarasota, sold their home at 1254 Riegels Landing Drive to Joseph and Alison Rini, Sarasota, for $505,600. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,417 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2001.

Gulf and Bay Club
Robert Steidl, of Waupaca, Wis., sold his Unit 302 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph and Joyce Schmeidler, trustees, of Clearwater, Kansas, for $440,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1993.

Sarasota Beach
Mona Porter sold her home at 313 Canal Road to Southtowns Development LLC for $410,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 2000.

Midnight Cove II
Sam and Jean Rivoli, of Spencerport, N.Y., sold their Unit 126 condominium at 1900 Midnight Cove II Place to Dolores Maue, of Arcade, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1994.

Casa Mar
Joseph Campbell and Marsha Campbell, trustees, sold the Unit 64 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Bank of America, N.A., for $331,800. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.

Horizons West
Roger Turkington, trustee, Brooksville, sold the Unit 902 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Howard and Marsha Miller, of Hartsville, Ohio, for $250,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,000 in 1988.

Crescent Royale
Margaret Henry, trustee, sold the Unit 109 condominium at 797 Beach Road to Tina’s Beach Home LLC for $230,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $39,900 in 1978.
