A Ridgewood Lane home tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. Chester Hull LLC sold the home at 1400 Ridgewood Lane to John Lemp, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,198 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 1820 Meadowood St. to Donna Steele, of Sarasota, for $403,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.07 million in 2004.

Chase II LLC sold the home at 3527 Palonia Court to Robert Frimmel, of Sarasota, for $389,500. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.
