The Rev. Dan Maiden, of the Longboat Island Chapel, is in Australia attending a 10-day meeting of the World Parliament of Religion. His participation is part of his program at the Hartford Seminary, where he is a doctoral student in interfaith disciplines. Thirteen seminaries from the United States will be taking part in the 10-day session in Melbourne, Australia.
