Grouper margarita

Ingredients
6-ounce grouper fillet
2 cloves of garlic
½ shallot
4 basil leaves
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ tomato
Salt and pepper

Instructions
1. Salt and pepper grouper filet and place it in aluminum foil.
2. Chop tomato, garlic and shallot and place on top of grouper.
3. Add extra virgin olive oil and basil leaves and close aluminum foil into a pouch.
4. Put the pouch on a tray in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Open the pouch and enjoy.
