Bourbon Pecan Dressing

Ingredients:

1 1/2 bag pecans
1 gallon maple syrup
1/2 quart bourbon
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 quart white wine vinegar
1 gallon blended oil
1 bunch parsley

To Combine:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, slowly adding oil to emulsify.

2. Blend ingredients using a Burr Mixer or hand mixer.
