A home in Princes Gate tops all real-estate transactions this week.
Michael and Dianne Sharples sold their home at 1286 Whitehall Place to Princes Grace LLC for $1.85 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.32 million in 1999.

Tocobaga Bay
AHMSI Default Service Inc. sold the home at 1001 Tocobaga Lane to Mark Jackson, Sarasota, for $1,575,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,289 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2005.

100 Central
William and Jane Knapp, Sarasota, sold their Unit D-507 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Steve and Teresa Bibas, Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2006.
Phillippi Landings
PL Development-A Inc. sold the Unit 506 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Steven and Tamara Thompson, of Pickerington, Ohio, for $425,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area.

Harms-Natherson
Lansdowne Real Estates Holdings LLC sold the home at 1621 Stella Drive to Matthew and Lee Anne Sinopoli, Sarasota, for $399,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,638 square feet of living area.

Broadway Promenade
Broadway Promenade Holdings LLC sold the Unit 1129 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to William Axline, Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
James Cassidy, trustee, Naples, sold the home at 3215 Espanola Drive to Eric Adams and Rebecca Madden, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,062 square feet of living area.

Gulf Gate East
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 6581 Waterford Circle to David and Kathryn Gustafson, Sarasota, for $172,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2005.

OSPREY
Sorrento Shores
Joseph and Michele Munyak sold their home at 349 S. Shore Drive to Joseph Hegleh, Osprey, for $330,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,000 in 1981.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Fannie Mae sold the home at 1255 Flying Bridge Lane to Michael and Amy Krumholz, Osprey, for $260,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $397,000 in
2002.

Bay Oaks Estates
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 587 Pine Ranch E. Road to Randolph and Lisette Crnkovic, Osprey, for $230,400. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2007.

Sorrento East
Mary Malone sold her home at 440 E. Rubens Drive to Richard and Linda Bell, Nokomis, for $210,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,878 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $161,500 in 2001.

Mildred L Dotson
Radim and Jennifer Adamovsky, Venice, sold their home at 1600 Mission Valley Blvd. to Edgar Terneus, Nokomis, for $158,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2005.
