+ Coldwell Banker adds four new agents to Key office
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced the addition of four new agents to its Longboat Key office.

Sandy Endres has worked with an international computer company and was previously licensed to sell real estate in New York. She has been visiting Longboat Key for the past 32 years and is a resident of Seaplace.

Teresa Simmons has extensive experience in sales and marketing. She has lived on Longboat Key since 2002 and is a Grand Bay resident.

Marina Slater is an interior designer and has degrees in art and business. She is fluent in Spanish.

Audrey Marten is a longtime real-estate professional focused on Longboat Key and its surrounding areas.

+ Wagner Realty announces the addition of two agents
Louise Tessier and Theresa Bishop Fieberts have joined Wagner Realty’s Sarasota office.

Tessier holds Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited
Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designations. She specializes in the St. Armands and John and Mable Ringling Museum areas of Sarasota. She is a member of the St. Armands Circle Association Board of Directors and helped to organize the first St. Armands Mardi Gras celebration.

Fieberts has worked in real estate for 28 years and won the “Natural Awakenings” 2009 Reader’s Choice Award for “Favorite Green Realtor.” She is a founding member of the Green Realtor Alliance of Sarasota and serves on the board of directors for several community non-profits including Renaissance, Manor Inc. and Community Affordable Supported Living Inc. (CASL). Fieberts is a full-time student at Eckerd College and a prayer practitioner at The Center for Spiritual Awakening and a meditation facilitator at Elysian Fields.

+ Marlene Manning returns to Re/Max Excellence
Marlene Manning has returned to Re/Max Excellence. Manning came to the Sarasota area from San Francisco in 1997. She spent six years as a top producing Re/Max Excellence agent and, then, became a broker and opened her own office. She decided to return to Re/Max Excellence to take advantage of the global marketing the company offers.
