+ Horn earns Quality Service Certified Platinum Award
Maureen Horn, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, has earned the Quality Service Certified (QSC) Platinum Award in recognition of her achieving 100% client satisfaction in 2010, as measured by Leading Research Corp. Horn also received the honor for 2008 and 2009.

+ LBK Coldwell’s March second best in history
Coldwell Banker Longboat Key generated $58 million in pending new sales volume in March, making it the second-strongest March in the branch’s history, exceeded only by March 2005. Lynne Koy led the office with nine new sales, while Bruce Myer had eight, and 29 agents met the needs of 75 buyers, according to a prepared statement. The office’s average sales price was $770,000. During the first quarter of 2011, the office saw an increase of 21% in new sales pending volume and a 26% spike in unit sales over the first quarter of 2011.

Bruce and Jenine Meyer have joined the mid-Longboat Key office of Michael Saunders & Co. Bruce Meyer is a broker/associate who has worked as a full-time real-estate sales agent since 1986. Jenine Meyer has worked in real estate since the 1980s. The Meyers have lived in Sarasota since 1988 and handle residential, commercial, investment and new-construction properties.
