+ LBK Coldwell office ranks among NRT’s top offices
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that its Longboat Key office ranked as the No. 4 office nationwide in 2010 sales volumes for branches with 36 to 50 agents. The ranking was done by NRT LLC, Coldwell Banker’s parent company. The Longboat Key office has ranked in the top five offices of its size for five consecutive years.

In Longboat Key’s ZIP code, 34228, the office closed 142 transactions in 2010 and accounted for 45.3% of all listings of more than $1 million sold on Longboat Key, according to a prepared statement.

“The biggest reason why our office has been so successful is the remarkable dedication of our outstanding sales associates,” said managing broker Bob Stanley in a prepared statement. “Our office was the only nationally recognized Coldwell Banker office in the state of Florida based on sales volume. The office has been home to the No. 1 agent in closed sales volume in Sarasota County for the past four years, and we consistently have five or six agents in the top 10 in sales volume according to the local MLS.”

Wagner Realty announced its top agents for the month of April. Listing honors went to Debra Ibasfalean, of the Longboat Key office, and Jim Zoff, of the Anna Maria office. Sales honors went to Curt Bell, of the Longboat Key office, and David Moynihan, of the Anna Maria office.

+ Marie Monsky joins MS&Co. LBK South office
Marie Monsky has joined the Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Co. as part of the Saint Cacchiotti & Associates team. Monsky moved in 1996 to Sarasota from New York City, where she worked as a retailing executive with a major department-store chain for more than 25 years and also ran a sleepwear company, for which she oversaw both domestic and import production and supervised a sales force of more than 20. She entered the real-estate business in 2005.
