+ Alexander Properties rolls into Coldwell Banker
Alexander Properties has been serving the Sarasota market since 2005, but will now be serving the market as part of Coldwell Banker Longboat Key.

“As the market continues to improve, I felt it was critical to have a strong international reach as well as the technology resources to satisfy the needs of my clients. Coldwell Banker offers that with the added bonus of the powerful roster of the Longboat Key office,” says Susan Alexander.

She offers them her background in real estate as a vice president and award-winning agent for F.C. Tucker Co., Inc, a high school teacher and a master’s in psychology.

“We are absolutely thrilled to bring the success and experience Susan has enjoyed into our office,” says Bob Stanley, managing broker of the Longboat Key office.
