+ Pettingell receives 2008 Coldwell leadership award
Roger Pettingell, sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, received the NRT 2008 National Leadership Award Monday, April 27, at the company’s Chart House office on Longboat Key.
The award is given annually to Coldwell’s top associate in the state.

+ Wagner Realty to open new office in Sarasota
Wagner Realty will open a permanent office on First Street, in downtown Sarasota, in the next two to three months, according to Ron Cornette, the company’s marketing director.
The company currently has a temporary downtown Sarasota office at 47 S. Palm Ave., Suite 301.

+ Wagner Realty president hosts leader luncheon
Wagner Realty President David Eckel, who serves as chairman of University of South Florida’s Community Affairs Committee (CAC) and vice chair of the Community Leadership Council, hosted a luncheonThursday, April 16, at Bradenton Country Club to discuss CAC’s findings over the past year.
In attendance were Eckel, Alexis Upham, Jeff Boyd, Tramm Hudson, Bob Anderson, Derrick Williams, Manny Calvo, Bob Turner, Janet Pullen, Bob Bartz, Chris Manring and Ron Cornette.
