Ranch districts approve new landscape contractor

After soliciting new bids from landscape contractors, supervisors of Lakewood Ranch's Community Development Districts have agreed to hire Down to Earth for landscaping services starting in January.
Districts 1, 4 and 5 today agreed to hire Down to Earth.

An attorney and a court reporter for the CDD's current contractor, Garden Leaders, attended the meetings.
Garden Leaders previously sued the districts for alleged Sunshine open meeting violations, among other concerns, causing the districts to take new bids for services.
