Although she was just re-elected in November, Greenbrook resident Stacy White has resigned from the Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 4 board.

Fellow board members now are accepting resumes from applicants who wish to replace White on the board. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. May 12, to Lakewood Ranch Town Hall.

White, who served on the board for four years, said she would not have run for re-election in November had she known she would be moving. She and her family have been looking at homes occassionally, but she did not expect to find something so soon.

The Whites will relocate to a home in Panther Ridge.

"It has a bigger yard," White said. "We love Lakewood Ranch, but it's a better fit for our family right now."

For more information, contact Jessica Mears, clerk to the boards, at 907-0202.
