The following residential real estate transactions took place between August 3 and August 7.

A condominium in The Promenade tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven and Alicia Zalesin sold their Unit 510 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to MJ Real Estate Group LLC for $849,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $990,000 in 2005.

Beachplace
Thomas and Barbara Marlas sold their Unit 203 condominium at 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Terri Stamps, trustee, of Springfield, Mo., for $700,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,000 in 1996.

Grand Bay
Armanda Fromkes, trustee, and Steven Fromkes, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 533 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard Buchanan and Julie Andrews, of Great Falls, Va., for $650,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet of living area.

Westchester
K. George Grigaitis, of Manitoba, Canada, sold his Unit 105 condominium at 4805 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roger Brown, trustee, of Prescott, Ariz., for $608,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2001.

Lido Beach
Guy and Carol Carlsen, of Westchester, N.Y., sold their home at 135 Grant Drive to Gurdial and Dilly Sandhu and William and Linda Pigozzi, of Longwood, for $550,000.  Built in 1947, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,078 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,900 in 2008.

Fairway Bay
John and Mary Nolan, of Boca Raton, sold their Unit 317 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Richard and Patricia Wagner and Frank and Yaneidy Swanson, of Longboat Key, for $499,900. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1997.

Islander Club of Longboat
Mary Lou Nicholas, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 55-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eric and Dominicana Stone, of Carmel, N.Y., for $425,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 1992.

Laura Ridgewood Inc. sold the Unit 115-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Nicolette Chambers, of Essex, England, for $415,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 1994.

Longboat Harbour
J. Michael McCloskey, of Columbus, Ohio, sold his Unit 301 condominium at 4440 Exeter Drive to Thomas Paulantonio Jr., of N. Kingstown, R.I., for $280,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $63,900 in 1979.

Travis and Shannon Kringlen, of Broomfield, Colo., sold their Unit 303 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Michael and Linda Jones, of Champaign, Ill., for $239,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,900 in 2008.

Keith and Julia Cartwright, of Manchester, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 408 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Arvind Rajan and Anuradha and Krishnaswamy, of Livingston, N.J., for $680,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1991.

Lido Surf and Sand
Denes Roveti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Ames, trustee, of Blue Ash, Ohio, for $450,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1993.
