Premier Sotheby's records milestone sale

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty closed on a record sale at The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch, the real-estate firm announced.

Brian Wood, an associate at Premier Sotheby’s, sold the home at 10673 Leafwing Drive for $1.3 million. It marked the second-largest home sale within the community since 2010.

The 5,295-square-foot home, built on four acres in 2008, features five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch is located five miles east of Interstate 75 on Clark Road.

Home prices there start in the upper $600,000s to more than $2.5 million.
