They say one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
By that measure, we don’t think this trashed chair would be anyone’s picture of a throne.
Residents collected trash and fishing line at the first Plymouth Harbor Shoreline Cleanup Day Saturday, Nov. 3.
One of the morning’s biggest finds: a barnacle-covered chair brought in by Karen Minvielle, daughter of Plymouth Harbor resident and former Longboater Betty Blair.
Volunteers found the chair embedded in mangroves on the south part of John Ringling Boulevard. Minvielle had the strength to leverage it out of the mangroves and onto her kayak.
