The Players Club condo sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 6 and May 10.

A condominium in The Players Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mattson Family LLC and Walter and Geraldine Mattson, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 505 condominium at 1425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lori Brochin, trustee, of Atlanta, for $1.1 million. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,099 square feet of living area.

The Beaches of Longboat Key South
Joel and Jerry Hamovit sold their Unit 608 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Brett Holdings LLC for $1.08 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,122 square feet of living area.

Marina Bay
John and Susan Hoskins, of Erie, N.Y., sold their Unit 312 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Frederick and Leslie Jannott, of Fairfield, Conn., for $900,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,830 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
BankUnited sold the home at 524 Ketch Lane to Mary Gearhardt, of Longboat Key, for $685,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area.

Emerald Pointe South
Frank and Barbara Quiriconi, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 15 condominium at 1904 Harbour Links Circle to Elliot and Susan Borden, of Villanova, Pa., Laura Borden, of Radnor, Pa., and Hal Borden, of Philadelphia, for $585,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths and 2,462 square feet of living area.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Philip and Olga Clemens, of Plymouth, Mich., sold their Unit 801 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Sharon Mueller, of Farmington Hills, Mich., for $565,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area.

Winding Oaks
John and Faith Quinn, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 43 condominium at 3438 Winding Oaks Drive to Veronica Grodzinski, of Longboat Key, for $475,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area.

Islander Club of Longboat
James Covell, of Norwood, N.J., sold his Unit 25-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Cathlin Graff, of Clermont, for $270,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area.

Sea Horse Beach Resort
Barbara Krygier sold her Unit 232 condominium at 3453 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Kaplan, of New York, for $265,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 560 square feet of living area.

Beach Harbor Club
Donald and Teresa Feldmann, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit C111 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William Waller and Anna Waller, trustee, of Silver Spring, Md., for $245,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,027 square feet of living area.

McCalls Beach Castle
Arthur Edward LLC sold the Unit 24 condominium at 5310 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Linda Adrian, of Longboat Key, for $230,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 711 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,700 in 2005.

John Ringling Estates
MEB Capital Inc. sold the home at 535 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Cheryl Woodruff, of Sarasota, for $662,400. Built in 1936, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,607 square feet of living area.

Charles Aron and Claudette Aron, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 504 Blvd. of the Presidents to Shirley Thorson, of Minneapolis, for $640,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,624 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Rosalie Arnold, of N. Syracuse, Ind., sold their Unit 404 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Waunita Sawler and Timothy Bokor, of Ontario, Canada, for $260,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, two baths and 813 square feet of living area.

Lido Royale
Timothy Bokor and Waunita Sawler, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 115 Tyler Drive to Donald and Meredith McGraw, of Pittsburgh, for $222,500. Built in 1979, it has one bedroom, one bath and 766 square feet of living area.
