Pirates to hold golf tournament

Braden River High will hold its 2nd annual Pirate Baseball and Softball Golf Tournament Oct. 11, at Legacy Golf Club in Lakewood Ranch.

The event will begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $90 per player and includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, contests, a buffet lunch, drink tickets, a T-shirt and gifts.
There will also be a raffle and silent auction for the chance to win sports memorabilia, golf packages and dining and travel related items.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Braden River baseball and softball programs.
