About 40 children gathered for Peace Presbyterian Church’s Peace in the Park event last week at Summerfield Park in Lakewood Ranch.
Children of all faiths in kindergarten through fifth grade learned about peacemaking in their homes, at school, in the community and world and also enjoyed crafts, songs and interactive games.
