Panther Ridge home sells for $480,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 27-28.

A home in Panther Ridge tops this week’s real estate. John and Jayne Parrott, Bradenton, sold their home at 6910 197th St. E. to Bruce Bottorff and Kimberley Tussinger, Palmetto, for $480,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,834 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,500 in 2005.

Woodlake Villas at Palm-Aire
Robert and Barbara Armstrong, Bradenton, sold their unit 5923 condominium at 5911 Doral Drive to Daniel McCabe, Sarasota, for $202,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2004.

Old Grove at Greenfield Plantation
Marvin and Roxanne Rakes sold their home at 10109 Reagan Dairy Trial to Juan Picasso, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2003.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 314 Eighth Ave. E. to Kenneth and Ellen Moschella, Palmetto, for $308,700. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two and one half-baths and 2,929 square feet of living area.
