Motorists driving eastbound on State Road 70 near its intersection with Interstate 75 faced delays Oct. 20 after a semi-truck and trailer overturned at the intersection.

A Florida Highway Patrol states the truck, driven by 37-year-old Matthew Barber, was heading southbound on the I-75 ramp in the outside turn lane, and proceeded to turn left onto eastbound S.R. 70. However, as the truck turned, its load shifted, causing the vehicle to overturn on its right side.

The accident occurred around 11:16 a.m.
