Work on the mixed-use condominium and hotel development One Palm is continuing, with the city granting an overnight work permit for Wednesday morning.

Between 2-6 a.m. Wednesday, construction crews will work on the site near the intersection of Palm Avenue and Ringling Boulevard. Roughly 25 trucks will deliver about 300 yards of concrete during the early morning hours.

The concrete must be poured without breaks and smoothed before rain forecasted for the afternoon, according to a city press release. Crews will be required to work inside of the approved staging area.

One Palm, a $31 million project, will include a hotel with 138 rooms and 139 residential condominiums. The development will also include a first-floor restaurant and retail space.
