The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2.

A condominium in Orchid Beach Club Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James Dilworth of Kronberg, Germany, sold his Unit B1003 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth and Hagar Levine, of Carlisle, Pa., for $1,825,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,903,000 in 2005.

Marina Bay
Patricia Tisbo sold her Unit 134 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Douglas and Cynthia Tibbetts, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 1993.

Sea Gate Club
Donn Neurman and Jane Neurman Rabinovitz, of Charleston, W.Va., sold their Unit 13-D condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven and Maria Piazza, of Lynnfield, Mass., for $599,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,500 in 1975.

Promenade
Allison Rosenblatt, trustee, sold the Unit 906 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Elizabeth Lepore, of Tavares, for $581,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $388,000 in 1990.

Lewis Combs
Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1645 Hawthorne St. to J&A Contractors Inc. for $450,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in January.

Islander Club of Longboat
Charles Rosenfield, of Woodstock, Conn., sold his Unit 72-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jones Lane LLC for $449,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,500 in 1987.

The Shore
Peter Steiner of Klagenfurt, Austria, sold his Unit 314 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Nancy Rogers, of Loudonville, N.Y., for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1994.

Longboat Beachcomber
Julie Hart, of Longview, Texas, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Kimberly Burns, of Naples, for $425,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 884 square feet of living area.

Club Longboat Beach and Tennis
Howard and Peggy Dubois sold their Unit 116 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Susan Davies, of Westwood, Mass., for $385,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1996.

Fairway Bay
Miriam Tabachnik, trustee, sold the Unit 326 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Steven and Paula Posar, of Granger, Ind., for $340,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,500 in 2000.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Joseph Turgeon, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 200 condominium at 911 Spanish Drive S. to Eric Gietl and Kirsten Beyer, of Kemah, Texas, for $300,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,600 in 1988.
