Obituary: Marjorie G. Morris

Marjorie G. Morris, 91, of Lafayette, Ind., and Longboat Key, died Aug. 22. 

Born July 14, 1922, in Woodmere, N.Y., she was the daughter of Edwin and Dorothy Guiterman.

Mrs. Morris spent her winters on Longboat Key and was involved with many activities on the Key and in Lafayette.

Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ralph.

She is survived by daughters Kathy Busch, of West Lafayette, Ind., and Betsy Applebaum, of Plano, Texas; son Chip Morris, of Jacksonville; and seven grandchildren.

A funeral took place Aug. 29. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple Beth Israel on Longboat Key, the Lafayette Symphony in Indiana or the Greater Lafayette Museum of Art in Indiana.
