Neal buys more land in Country Club

Developer Neal Communities has purchased an additional 60 acres in Country Club East.

Neal plans to build 181 single-family homes in the new section of Country Club East. The neighborhood will be maintenance-free. Construction is expected to begin in late 2010.

Additionally, as part of the project, LWR Communities will build a resort-style pool and spa area at the entrance of the neighborhood for Country Club East residents. The recreation center will include a beach-style pool with cabanas and a large outdoor deck. Construction on that facility is expected to begin in early 2011.
