It had been 35 years since Oma McCall, of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and Phillip King, of The Glasser Schoenbaum Human Services Center, had seen each other.
King and McCall used to live on the same street in Noblesville, Ind., but they made a fresh Sarasota connection when they recognized each other during the chamber’s “First Monday” event Monday.
“She told me I hadn’t changed a bit,” say King.
