Medallion Home closed out 2013 with what the company says was a record year, with more than $100 million in sales. The figure is up more than 25% from 2012.

The company purchased about $76 million worth of property since 2009, and in 2012, Medallion closed on $7.8 million in land acquisitions.

Medallion Home has developments throughout East County and the surrounding area, including:  The Enclave at Country Meadows; Panther Ridge; Bella Sole; Harbour Walk; The Reserve at The Inlets; Hawk Island; The Loop and Riva Trace.

"For the last four years, we've been focused on acquiring strategic properties that would provide Medallion with plenty of prime home sites to market and sell,"  Medallion Home Founder Carlos Beruff said in a  statement.
