Manatee County to host workshops

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners will meet Tuesday with members of the Children's Services Advisory Board to discuss issues pertaining to children in Manatee County.

A workshop is slated to start at 9 a.m. Nov. 1, in fourth-floor Manatee Room of the the Manatee County Administrative Center, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.

Discussions will include program categories, funding priority areas and other issues.

Additionally, commissioners will meet again at 1:30 p.m., at the same location, to discuss healthcare access in Manatee County, as well as other health-releated topics.
