Manatee County Commission to consider Walmart plaza expansion

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners is set to render decisions on several East County development proposals June 7, including an expansion to the River Club Park of Commerce project, where the new Walmart is located on State Road 70.

The meeting will start at 7 a.m., in the first floor chambers of the county administration building, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.

Other projects up for consideration include Rye Road Subdivision and Medallion Home's project on Fort Hamer Road.
