Luxury home builder sets the pace

Company hits second best month of the year.

Lakewood Ranch homebuilder Neal Signature Homes has experienced its second-best month of the year in June with eight home sales. That brings total new home sales to 43 since January.

The figure is nearly a 26% increase compared with this time last year.

Neal Signature Homes is known for its  luxurious and personalized custom homes.

“We have had tremendous success dominating the custom home market in the southwest Florida region, largely due to our diverse and ideal neighborhood locations, personalization options to fit any lifestyle and availability of homes for immediate move in,” said Randy Turkovics, president of Neal Signature Homes, in a press release. “While many buyers in this market segment prefer to build from the ground up, we do see homebuyers looking for move-in-ready homes with the high level of fit- to-finish features that our brand delivers. On top of that, our superior customer experience and the solid foundation of the Neal Communities brand adds to our record-breaking success.”

Neal Signature Homes specializes in homes priced from $600,000 to just under $2 million.

Currently, the homebuilder can be found in nine communities, including: The Inlets and River Wind, in Bradenton; MiraBay, in Apollo Beach; Country Club East and Country Club West, in Lakewood Ranch; and Provence, The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch, Wildgrass and University Park, in Sarasota.

Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch remains one of the builder’s fastest selling communities with 12 sales in the past six weeks.
