Longboat Library summer hours begin soon

Starting Saturday, hours at the Longboat Key Library are 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The Longboat Library will switch to summer hours this weekend.

Check out the library from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, May 1 through Nov. 1.

The library is located at 555 Bay Isles Road. The library offers books and CDs and is privately funded through membership volunteers and is staffed by volunteers.
