The following residential real estate transactions took place between October 26 and October 30.

A condominium in Longboat Key Towers tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy and Janet Sheehan, of Zionsville, Ind., sold their Unit N-204 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Soshan LLC for $900,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2007.

Longboat Shores

Frank and Christa Fineshriber, of University Park, sold their home at 608 Buttonwood Drive to Edward and Ann Kelmenson, of Port Matilda, Pa., for $550,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,158 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,000 in 1974.

Tiffany Plaza

Carole Ciavardone, trustee, of Lakeland, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Tholl, trustee, of Orion, Ill., for $520,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1993.

Banyan Bay Club

David and Michaela Bray, of Cold Spring, Ky., sold their Unit 409 condominium at 5260 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gerald and Janet Sweeney, of Braintree, Mass., for $403,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,000 in 2002.

Faine Apartments

Edward Roth, of Greenwich, Conn., sold his Unit 1 condominium at 420 Firehouse Court to Walter and Suzanne Roth, of Bedford, N.Y., for $200,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,000 in 1987.

Lido Harbour

Conad Inc. sold the Unit 6 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Charles and Priscilla Restaino, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2001.
