Lido Beach home sells for $2.5 million

A home in Lido Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lex Partners LLC sold the home at 373 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Mary Beth Flaherty, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for $2.55 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,026 square feet of living area.

 

Elegance on Lido Beach

David Norton, trustee, of Pound Ridge, N.Y., sold the Unit A-305 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Heidi Rognlie, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.01 million in 2009.

 

Aquarius Club

Ramsey and Joyce Mills, of Grandy, N.C., sold their Unit 1-H condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christine Mulligan, of Seekonk, Mass., for $515,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2014.

 

Islander Club of Longboat

Carolyn and John Cummings, of Saginaw, Mich., sold their Unit 45-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Craig and Diane Markovitz, of Pittsburgh, for $390,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2000.
