A condominium in L’Elegance on Lido Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lynn Peterson, trustee, sold the Unit B-410 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Donald Ely and Judith Ely, trustees, of Columbus, Ohio, for $420,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1996.

Mary Joan Dennis, of Winter Park, sold her Unit M2-102-C condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Darrin and Mandy Schutt, of Fort Myers, for $354,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in April.
