Longboat Key resident Sam Lastinger shares a Honey Barenjager Latte recipe. The trained chef and bartender of Pattigeorge's made the recipe using Barenjager Honey liqueur, Kahlua, Bailey's, frothed milk and espresso. He won a drink contest a few years ago by entering this drink. He competes in local drink competitions about once a year and most recently won at the Polo Bar and Grill for a drink using St. Germain. Aside from cooking and bartending, he’s working on getting his pilot license.

Ingredients:
Barenjager Honey liqueur
Kahlua
Bailey's
frothed milk
Shot of espresso

Method:
1) Pour a layer of Barenjager Honey Liqueur.
2) Follow with an equal part of Kahlua. Pour onto a spoon so as to not break up the layer.
3) On top of the Kahlua, pour an equal amount of Baileys over a spoon.
4) Dollop a few spoonfuls of frothed milk and pour a shot of espresso into the middle.
