This week we went in the kitchen at Lobster Pot on Siesta Key. Owners Glen, Tony and Mark Medeiros explain the history of their family owned establishment while chef Eder Ocana prepares a signature lobster Milano.

Lobster Pot is located in the heart of the Siesta Key village just a short drive or bike ride from the world famous Siesta Key beach. The Medeiros family opened the restaurant 13 years ago to bring a taste of New England to the west coast of Florida.

The menu features numerous preparations of lobster delivered live from Bar Harbor and Boothbay, Maine, along with other fresh, local seafood dishes, steaks, salads and sandwiches.
