For 22 years, Phyllis and David Kee have attended the annual Welcome Back party at Longboat Harbour. But the Nov. 6 party was their last. This week, they will be relocating to a Carmelite assisted-living facility, in Framingham, Mass. This year, the couple celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary.
